By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are enrolling in our recurring membership program which consists of an initial charge for shipping and handling charges. 10 days after the date first ordered, the member's credit card will be charged automatically for the amount of $49.95 plus $19.95 for shipping and handling recurring monthly. Shipping and handling charges may vary to international customers. Customers who wish to do so may cancel at any time by emailing stop[at]hotgvibe.com and must cancel within 10 days prior to their billing date. Charges and rates are subject to change with notice. The maximum term of this agreement is 100 months. Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms, customer hereby authorizes us to charge customer's credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of membership and products. Customer hereby further authorizes us to charge customer's credit card for any and all purchases of products, services provided by the site.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Conditions

Merchandise purchased on the Site may be returned at consumers own expense via confirmed and tracked delivery within 30 days of initial purchase after that date we will not under any circumstance refund or exchange any purchase.. All merchandise must have original package receipt and all merchandise tags attached in order to request a refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in "as-new" condition to be eligible for refunds. All opened and/or used products are not eligible for refunds. All refunds are subject to original home delivery plan shipping fees incurred by the vendor, and restocking fees associated with returned products.
